This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (the individual installing the Software and any other person or entity on whose behalf you are acting) (“you” or the “End User”) and ContraVault AI, headquartered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 (“ContraVault AI”), governing your use of the ContraVault AI Plugin (as defined below), whether obtained directly from ContraVault AI or through an authorized Reseller.
